Continuing with our international theme! We’ve got an amazing and inspirational speaker and entrepreneur, the Founder of Hey There Beautiful! We spoke with Dailsisha Eve Rodriguez and put her in the Spotlight!

Tell us a bit about yourself?

My name is Dailisha Eve Rodriguez.  I am a motivational speaker, life coach by passion and the President and Founder of Hey There Beautiful Inc.  I am passionate about people, their life goals, inspiring the world, creating awareness, and seeing the growth of individuals. I enjoy meeting new faces, supporting personal development while demonstrating compassion. I show people how to feel loved every day. Bringing the world together, creating dialogue and hearing amazing testimonials of change is the reason why I am in this business. I love it.

2.  What is your company all about?

Hey There Beautiful Inc. is a  New York based 501c3 not for profit organization empowering women and young girls to live their dreams through education, motivation, self-awareness, and self-development. Hey There Beautiful Inc. believes every young girl and woman should feel supported, inspired and embraced.  We have worked in various settings such as community centers, churches, and businesses. In addition, we have worked with the New York City Department of Education, United Federation of Teachers, University of Connecticut, Theta Delta Sigma Society Incorporated, several homeless shelters and previously incarcerated individuals.  Our vision is providing leadership skills that lead to personal lifetime successes. Hey There Beautiful Inc. beautifies communities throughout the world one person at a time while creating intimate personal human connections that will allow individuals to flourish in their capacity to succeed at their life dreams locally and globally.    We change lives every day and that is what makes us awesome.

3.   How important is what you do?

What we do is important because often times we all get caught in the day to day. We are busy living our lives for others. We don’t pay attention to our personal development. We work, sleep eat and repeat based on societal norms. Hey There Beautiful supports individuals in identifying that they deserve to live life at their highest capacity, create passionate lives,  thrive at what they excel in and do what they have dreamt about as a child.  We offer hope, support, connection, compassionate, empathy, understanding and most importantly love.  Our workshops allow people to see the world that is available to them at their fingertips, how to think outside the box and realize that their dreams are at their grasps.  It is important to me because everyone is special. Every single human being on earth deserves to have a positive supportive team around them to allow them to flourish no matter their race, gender, sexuality, background, mistakes, disability, income, status or upbringing. Everyone deserves loves. We bring people together and that is what matters most.

4.   What kind of do you think people make great entrepreneurs?

The kind of people that make great entrepreneurs are those that treat people like people, not problems.  Great entrepreneurs know how to sell their vision to anyone, are passionate about what they offer, are solution focused and work on personal development daily.  Great entrepreneurs see everything as an opportunity, people as new connections and the world as a place to sell their mission in a powerful, impactful, compassionate way.  What is important to me personally is being able to bring change to so many lives. Hearing vivid stories, seeing how we as humans are all in connected in some way and the triumph of tenacity is amazing. As a business, my team and new connections are important. I have built an empowered team of individuals that are clear on our mission, brand, and goals. This is important because they are working when you are not. Your team is out there supporting you when you are on vacation, making calls and are in meetings. Great businesses have amazing teams who they reward with respect, admiration, and praise all the time.  It is the reason I get up I get up with rigor and high energy each day!

  5.  Why is word of mouth important to you as a business?

People are the heart of any business no matter what field you are in.  When treating people with compassion, care, and honesty, you begin to foster great working relationships, free word of mouth advertising, and return business. The best customer is a repeat customer because not only do they bring their business back, they sell your vision for you to others bringing them on board as well.  You create a free positive advertising cycle with a repeat customer.  Having others sell your mission, services and vision is the testament of not only a great entrepreneur but a successful business model with the supportive of an amazing team.
