Does your business lack basic digital skills? You could be losing out on revenue.
According to the Lloyds Bank UK Digital Business index, one-third of SMEs and charities lack basic digital skills such as running a website or maintaining a social media presence.
The report goes onto reveal a strong link between “digital maturity” and business success with digitally active SMEs 33% more likely to see an increase in revenue compared to those who are less digitally mature.
So it pays to do more with your digital presence.
And interestingly, organisations with only one employee are by far the least digitally mature of those analysed in the study (and businesses with one employee make up around 75% of the SMEs in the UK). Increasing use of digital in these types of business would dramatically increase the digital maturity of UK businesses as a whole.
But if you are a one-employee business – how do you find the time, motivation and resource to manage a digital presence as well as running your own company?

Good post and right to the point. I am not sure if this is really the best place to ask but do you people have any thoughts on where to employ some professional writers? Thanks in advance 🙂
